repair that will become effective in April of this year. We have a defensive approach to meet the new

safe. Environmental standards imposed by
both state and federal agencies demand that we are prepared to meet the
requirements mandated for lead-based paint in renovation and repair.
The fines that are associated
with the failure to follow the new policies are far from small: $32,500 per
each violation.
